Well this is veering off topic. People's experiences are likely to vary as they are likely to with an organisation as large as the NHS. If said experiences are rubbish those feelings are likely to be understandably raw. I've had some superb experiences with them and some downright awful since March 2020. Much the same as I did pre-Covid. I certainly wouldn't say that any of the staff have been doing naff all though.
They've probably done the right thing refunding the tickets so that the finalists can have as many as possible. Do feel it's a bit of a shame that capacity is being reduced to 10,000 when HQ is 82,000 but thems the rules - 25% or 10,000 whichever is lower.
