I understand this was arranged at pretty short notice! What kind of notice did you expect?

Would have liked to have gone as always enjoy the A Legue games,

For those that did make it  -   any Quins stand out in the match ?

To be honest, it was a bit difficult to tell who was who.
The floodlights are not that great and it was raining for much of the first half when we scored all of our tries.
Also, just to make it a bit more difficult, all the scores happened in the same far corner of the pitch.
And, Quins were wearing their dark blue shirts - which contrasted very nicely with the dark green shirts of LI.

But, I would say that our centres didn't really come into the game. It was pretty much forward dominated.
Our maul defence was not great. We seemed to pick the time to contest the rucks. This was very good as LI were pretty good in the first half and had some very slick moves. But, we seemed to defend very well on the try line and stopped them from scoring in the first half.

LI seemed to change their game plan in the second half and put us under loads of pressure and finally scored.

There were several 1st team along to watch, I noticed Murley, Tizard, Riley, Lawday and a couple of others but can't now remember who.
Joe Gray was helping with the coaching of the lineout in the warm up.
