My wife was disabled in a wheelchair, so although she never came to the games I am always aware of what the wheelchair users (and their helpers) have to put up with. Anything you want to put to the club I'd support.
And yes, I remember the Madstad had a very nice wheelchair area. So they solved the problems of access and health and safety (exit during emergency).
