DOK: I'm similarly blighted / blessed with an apostrophe: what was the solution they gave you?

I had to use the names as they currently are in Harlequins tickets section. They had replaced the apostrophe with a single space.
I cannot find how to find out what the actual name is on the old ticket system, so if that doesn't work you'll have to contact ticketing.

Is there any other contact other than the customer service one? I emailed two days ago and no reply so a bit confused with others speedy responses

Customerservice@quins.co.uk - is that what you used Maidstone?

Should get a response soon. I would suggest sending another email. However, just so you know, their internet is down this morning, so a response may be further delayed.

I know this as I was called by Uri from the club this morning. She said that it should now be possible to renew family membership together at the same time. The instructions will be in the emails sent next week (I think the 20th is when the renewal will launch).

On the email it said

FURTHER SUPPORT

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us for support on the following email address customerservice@quins.co.uk

They are usually pretty quick, but of course they're probably working from home, maybe smaller team etc... Let alone all the technical reasons your email might not reach them or vice versa. Well worth trying another email I'd say.

Thanks DOK - that worked straight away.  I've had just about every combination of non-alphanumeric characters at some stage.

I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a seamless process, but that's because of the curse of auto-fill.  When having to add the same home phone number for four different accounts, autofill changes a selection of other details as well.  Worth turning it off if you're about to embark on the process for multiple accounts.
