Anyone seen The Cat?
« on: Thursday 09-Aug-2018, 07:41* »
Wondering what the deal is with The Cat.

Couldn’t see him in any social posts from the club, his Twitter is quiet (but he rarely posts so...), there’s been video with Smith, Saili, the new players.....I’m sure it’s total coincidence and means nothing but I’m posting just in case coz then I’ll look amazingly intuitive

He may be there quietly getting on with it perfectly happily and be our first choice 10.

What made me think is club posted a “happy international cat day” post with a pic of him playing last year (rare image) - and I wondered why they didn’t use a recent training shot

Cat update....ok there was a pic of him on the training ground on July 20, but not since...

So he's either totally fine, or he's been catnapped.

Someone leave out a saucer of milk or dangle a ball of wool from the south stand.

(This may be the shortest-lived conspiracy yet...)

No idea where but I am sure I saw a photo/clip of him training wearing a baseball cap.  No idea when it was from so that does not really help tbh.

If you look at the Paul Gustard Mic'd video that the club posted last week, Pause it at 38 seconds, and you see The Cat from behind as he's drinking from a water bottle:

at the Quinssa Dinner he said he was over his injuries and really looking forward to this season and hoping to make an impact after a frustrating year .( he clearly is planning to start at 10) - spoke positively about Marcus and helping to bring him on and what a good job he'd done last year when thrown in the deep end.

He said the last couple of months of last season had been 'a downer' all round , but there was a real buzz among the players about the new structure .

No need to start crowd funding for a ransom payment … he's not been "catnapped"

Does he have his own sandpit?
