I honestly don't understand how Robson is not the first choice, but comes after Yuong.
Daly FB is literally out of position, Monty Ioane(who plays in Benetton, not in Toulouse or Clermont etc ...), in one against one he has always had the better. I think if Mike Brown's condition were slightly better, there wouldn't be that much difference between them, but one plays for the Saracens, and the other doesn't.
Same goes for Vunipola and Farrell, by now they have already given their best.
Italy will certainly be poor, but two
(also 3 ..) England's goals were to be canceled for passing forward, and one for a foul by Farrel that if it had been made by an Italian player, free-kick against and yellow card.
Even if Italy would have lost anyway, but at least they would have played a little better.
A Scottish friend told me: "Fortunately this referee, being Scottish, will never be able to referee us, he is one of the poorest even in pro12".Since there is often talk of scandalous arbitrage,Nigel Owens and the French media also talked about it, but nothing was written about in the English ones.
No polemic, it's just an objective consideration.
youngs passing was appalling at the weekend, to ground or over their heads and so slow, Robson was so much better, we were so much better with Robson on the pitch.
Youngs has always struggled with the fact that fly halves arbitrarily change height from one foot to ten foot over the course of the game. Even when he was partnered with Flood, his club 10, he couldn't predict how tall Flood was going to be from minute to minute.
In other words, Youngs' erratic pass height has always been tolerated, presumably in favour of some other characteristics which are less obvious to us...
There is a real risk we will lose the next 3 games.I have no belief this team are capable of improving and are very likely to lose in Cardiff. What he will then do is impossible to predict. We are going nowhere this season.

Sadly i think England will win the next three fixtures playing their usual "style" of rugby.
Of all the teams to play us with the same passion as Scotland, I fear the Welsh the most.
Think the Welsh have been lucky to play 14 men twice, they didnt look like winning prior to the sending off in each game. Think it will be very close.
I think overall that this year is going to be France's. Ireland and Wales will be tough tests but England will grind out wins against them I think.
Ironic isn`t it when you think back to 2003 and the continuous criticism meted out to the English team by a certain Eddie Jones due to their "boring" style of rugby.

"Mate, I was managing 'Straya at the time. I might have been a bit naughty."
