Interesting that one agent picked us in their bottom 3. Personal grudge?

In all my years supporting and watching Harlequins, I’ve never been to an away game, mainly due to work the next day or other commitments.

As this is to do with this topic, can anyone suggest a team/ground to watch Quins play away where it’s generally a good experience, for example ground, team, town. The two I’ve aleays been interested in are Newcastle away and Exeter; obviously for the rugby and that they are great parts of England with great people. Any other good suggestions if anyone is happy to share opinions/experiences?

Many thanks in advance

I always love Welford Road. Proper rugby club, stadium, fans. Bath and Bristol for the cities (and The Rec has a quaint almost grassroots feel about it).

Franklins Garden and Kingsholm are always right up there for most people but I've never been.

I did read it but I value true Harlequins supporters views and input over some agents views

So? I think Everyone a Quinner realises and is only asking a question a little related to the origin title.

Relax chaps, Im not having a pop.  Im just saying that the title of the link may be misleading.  It is to do with agents and advising players of clubs.

"As this is to do with this topic, can anyone suggest a team/ground to watch Quins play away"  Its not really to do with the topic though!

Anyways, its not really worth "Virtually" falling out over.  My recommendation - Bath.

Quinner

In my opinion the best away grounds to go to are:

Bath, Leicester & Exeter

The worst are:

Newcastle, Wasps, Saracens & Sale

I'd recommend visit to the recreation ground at Bath before they re-develop it.

10 years ago everyone wanted Welford Road and Vicarage Road and the set up would have been 100th!

Normally find grounds that are full and buzzing are always fine , but never experienced that at Ricoh ,AJ Bell, or Ashton Gate ( never been to Newcastle)

Probably put Franklins Gardens as my favourite , nice crowd , good beer , you feel close to the action when in seats or on side terrace and easy access either by train or car .

The Away Grounds I've visited:-
Bath - Excellent Location/Transport, Rubbish Atmosphere, Ok Facilities
Exeter - Excellent Atmosphere, Rubbish Location/Transport, OK Facilities
Sarries - Rubbish Atmosphere, Rubbish Location/Transport, Rubbish Facilities

Would like to go to Kingsholm, Welford Road, Franklins Gardens - all purpose-built rugby grounds
