Bristol Away - Free Bus
« on: Wednesday 05-Sep-2018, 15:06* »
Just received an e-mail from Zeelo to confirm they have been made the official coach company to provide Quins supporters away travel.  To celebrate they are offering coach travel to the Bristol away game (22 Sep) for free.  Pick up points are at the Stoop and Bracknell Coach Station.

They were excellent last year and I will certainly give them a try for an away game.  Just signed up and grabbed a couple of Bristol tickets as well.

After note - If you buy Bristol game tickets on their site be aware of a pop up that comes up at the end of the purchase.  It offers £6.79 cash back on any purchases in Ashton Gate.  Read the small print!  Giving them your credit/debit card to facilitate the cash back also allows a deduction of £15.00/month every month until the arrangement is cancelled. Bit Cheeky!!

Does this mean that Quinssa won't be running coaches anymore?

The last Quinssa e-mail explained that the club were keen to boost away support and had taken the provision of coaches into their stewardship.  Hence Zeelo have been designated as the official providers of transport for supporters.

So to answer your question.  I do not believe Quinssa will be organising the away coaches this season.

If I go to away games I normally drive.  The offer of a free coach is excellent.

Presumably the offer is open to everyone, how do we take advantage of the offer?

I believe the offer is open to everyone.  I had used the Zeelo coach before and that is why I received an e-mail.  However I have just checked and you can access the free offer as follows:

1.  Go to the Zeelo website:  I just entered Zeelo.co into the browser.
2.  The Zeelo home page asks where you are going:  I wrote Bristol Bears
3.  The Bristol v Quins game comes up and you click on it to enter the options for pick up - Stoop or Bracknell.
4.  A cost of £25 per person comes up but enter the promo Quinsaway (as shown on the booking page) and you will be sent a confirmation code to your phone.  Enter the code and the charge resets to £0.
5.  tickets are print at home and all seats you book (not just your own) are free.

The whole thing took no more than 5 min.

Many thanks for sharing, Jus-Quin-Time.
3 seats booked.
Couldn't be easier - exactly as you described.
Can now cancel the stupidly expensive hotel I had booked!
See you there,
Cheers

Thanks.

Thinking about going to bath away and coach might be the easiest option.
