Agreed. And I was lucky to get Quins tickets though took almost an hour having got in at 10.08!!!

The amount of times I thought I had tickets was a joke, that system was really difficult today. I’m sure TM use the same or similar normally and haven’t had these issues before.

I think there's an issue that the system doesn't do locking. So when you see two seats spare, you don't realise that 5 minutes earlier someone else picked those self same seats and is now dithering. The seats are locked for them, so you can't use them but there's nothing on the screen tells you that - the seats look available.

DOK - this is exactly the experience that I had too. Very frustrating.

It used to be said the RFU couldn't organise a pi$$ up in a brewery now they can't even organise a rugby match in their own stadium.

It's a shame it's us and Exeter who are the latest victims of the RFU showing themselves totally unfit for purpose.

According to Chiefs fans Facebook page there is a problem with the app and they are now phoning RFU as they can’t get their tickets in the app

I wonder if that's as a result of their investigation into dodgy ticket purchases?  My Quins ones worked fine?

Just look on their board. Just advice on noting ticket numbers in case app fails or goes wonky as it did at Euros when you’ll only partially read seat/stand no’s etc on arrival at ground.

Just tell them you sit in the West Stand and have been since its was built :)
