I asked Harlequins why this didn't seem to work and got this response

We are currently in discussions with Stanza who provide the fixture download service.
Recently we had a change in account manager which delayed extending our agreement that expired at the end of last season.We are exploring how to extend the partnership to ensure supporters can download the fixtures directly from our fixtures page.We will alert followers on our social channels when this has been rectified.

As Stanza has moved over to a paid model, the Harlequin Rugby Club, have opted to not currently subscribe to one of our plans and the events will not be updated for the 2019-20 season until the rugby club subscribes and updates their events.

Does it update automatically?

FWIW - Stanza also do Richmond's games - so you can get your rugby fix on Quins away weekends.

After bigging it up and saying I use it for England fixtures, I can't actually get Quins fixtures to sync.

Strange as the England ones are still there.

Done some digging and here’s what I’ve found
- Harlequins has a 25k beside it on the Stanza website which suggests 25,000 subscribers
- Stanza pricing USD 99 for up to 5,000 subscribers, and over this is a bespoke price
- not all Prem Clubs use it, and those that do have a relatively small amount of subscribers (e.g. Bristol: 117, Bath: 1,000, Glaws:14)

So, my guess is that we’re into “negotiation” territory, and this explains the reference to a new account manager

OK - I fixed the calendar at the top of the page to include all the fixtures so far published. But these are hard coded, not subscribed, so eventually this will become out of date. Let's hope they fix the download problem before that.
