Friday night looks promising

Exeter Chiefs only defeat in any competition this season is 25-29 in Castres in round 2 of the European Champions Cup. The Chiefs have not lost away from home in Gallagher Premiership Rugby since a visit to Wasps on 18 February.

Exeter have won their last eight Premiership Rugby matches against Harlequins since ‘Quins won by a single point in 59 at Sandy Park in May 2014.

Oh and Ian Tempest is Ref

So bonus point win for us in the bag then

I would be happy with anything other than a complete capitulation by us.
In the previous seasons, we have seen Chiefs trying to beat the clock.  Keeping the scoreline to something reasonable would be good.
However, getting a losing bonus point (or as some others would say a loosing bonus point) would be great.
Getting a win would result in a hangover on Saturday.
Getting a bonus point win would probably result in a written off weekend.

Love the Braveheart spirit Si , however , I think West Middlesex Hospital will be swamped by people with lockjaw if we get a Bonus Point win .

Ill be happy with 80mins of commitment , nicking their Chop song and maybe getting a LBP - looking forward to it - if we can stop them getting a TBP it will be a good nights work !

If Chiefs don't have the bonus point sewn up before halftime I will be amazed.

How about we play the flutes on their attacking lineout?! It could have the same effect on them as it does on us!

Seriously, though, I agree with the sentiments above; a full game of commitment with some bravery in defence and imagination in attack will give us all heart. We were really good against Sarries at home. Penalties cost us. Exeter are very good at provoking pens. Can we be smart enough to not fall for their ploy?

I am really looking forward to Friday. I hope,  as always, that we can win. Optimistic rather than realistic, yes. But, why not?!

Well we're the only team to stop Sarries scoring the TBP, I'm not so sure we'll give in that easily. We can't score but we've generally been hard to score against (until very recently).

I look forward to this game..

Hold on. I DON'T look forward to this game. I am a fully paid-up pessimist. I never think we are going to win (well, hardly ever). But Friday night - against Exeter? No chance. Not a chance. Anyone like to have a small wager?

I'm not sure anyone thinks we can win. My point was we may not have given away 4 tries before half time.
