The biggest problem with "game changers" is that change can be good...or it can be bad.

If we are 30 points ahead (oh, how I wish), then why would you need a game changer?

If we are 10 points ahead (oh, how I wish!), then we bring on the game changers and we lose, we changed the game for the worse.

If you've been on the pitch for 70 mins slogging your guts out, and someone comes on as a game-changer, what does that make you feel like?

There must be a better option...

Game Changers - whatever, don't mind, i don't think it matters and if it gives the subs a psychological lift, then why not

No surnames - impractical and doesn't add anything, stop it

Mighty Quin - there seems to be a few seconds delay from them stop/starting it and us hearing it...or maybe its just always really badly timed! Should only be on break in play really as it seems to always result in us losing possession otherwise!

same for the passion the Leinster fans showed when we played them a few years ago
