It's not really his fault. In his first competitive game of his first season with us he suffers a horrific freak injury. Then suffers another. It is bound to hit confidence and form. He needs a season to prove what he can do. If he cannot stay injury free or pick up his form by Christmas then I agree to not renew his contract.

He had an unfortunate accident and has never recovered which has been clear from every nervy appearance, there’s no time for sentimentality after a point - he’s getting a good wage!

I would have taken him off earlier, after about 1 minute.

Having a jolly time with De Klerk after the whistle.  Shouldn't annoy me, fraternity of rugby and all, but my god it does after that performance.

I didn't see much of him before he came to Quins.  Anyone else know what kind/quality of player he looked before the injury?  As I said on the match thread, I just can't see what kind of player he's supposed to be - he's not big, quick, or powerful, doesn't have great length on his kicks, or any devil in his running.  I accept form and confidence are down, which might explain why he stands so deep, and why his passing seems hesitant and unreliable, but I can't envisage what made us want to sign him as Snapper's successor.  Can anyone who saw the pre-Quins Cat shed any light?

He was a dead-eye goalkicker and an excellent tactical kicker who could direct the team around the park.

Craptakilis?

Mate, you've made 8 posts and half of them are abusive towards people in the sport. Wind your neck in.

He was Montpellier's 3rd choice 10 at the end of the season before he joined us. Injuries have been unfortunate, but I never expected much.

Err, no. He was their 1st choice 10.
Whatever, he’s pretty much finished after tonight you have to think. Could be the last time (and only second or third time anyway) he starts for Quins. I’m tempted to blame Gustard for selecting him but sh!t happens. Thing is it really seems to be sticking to Le Chat.

We all know why his confidence is shot , and it undoubtedly is . He needs to drop down a level to rebuild some self belief although I wouldn't be surprised if his playing days were up.

First big mistake Gustard has made for me .

Sadly although he coughed up the try he wasn't the reason we lost , discipline , a hatful of kickable penalties did for us .

Ive haven't been quite so irritated watching a group of individuals in Quins shirts for a long long time , poor show all round .
