It's entirely reasonable to say "those days have gone" when you're talking about a change in attitude from the management, given the management is different now than it was 6 weeks ago.

I love how people write on here ...

“Those days have gone”

Yep, those long lost days starting 6 weeks ago are over

I just want to see a total contrast in approach from the new management. Last season the players would take a pounding on the pitch and many suspect that under JK they didn’t get the treatment after that the performance deserved. There was a lack of frankness, I won’t say honesty, as JK was/is a decent man, but the whole group has got to take on board exactly where they are at.

“Help me out - how have you reached the conclusion we’re relegation fodder from a couple of pre season matches?”

Something to do with our 2018 form perhaps? & shipping 50 points in a friendly doesn’t exactly turn that around. Very disappointing news. Positive side, best to receive that kind of whipping now, than in a Premiership game. That should get everyone focused on the next two weeks. Hope it does.

Relegation fodder!
Based on two pre season game, blimey that’s a bit harsh

Was at the game yesterday, first half we looked good and thought game could go either way, but as kilted says they had a game plan and stuck to it and it worked
They where off side on so many occasions I lost count and in most cases we didn’t have time to capitalise on possession, and when we did we spilt the ball.
Their forwards where immense and we didn’t have the muscle to stop them
Next week probably won’t answer any question’s either, but have to wonder who the captain for the season will be as Gussy said would announce before Fridays game

This is a bit worrying especially since Warriors had 20 players missing. It makes the Sale game even more a must win.We HAVE to win home games against mid table teams to show we are on our way back.

I don’t want to ‘show’ I want to ‘be’ on our way back that is all I ask

It really isn't.

Based on last season where we were so very nearly 11th, our limited strengthening in vulnerable positions, and 2 matches so far - and we hardly blew Jersey away - it's probably fair to put us down there.

I expect us, Worcester, Saints and Bath to be down the bottom end. Maybe Bristol, but their squad seems to have more quality than a couple of years ago.

At least Gustard said it wasn't good enough and will do something about it - last year the feedback would have been 'I can't fault the team effort and we had injuries and we didn't get the bounce of the ball etc etc'

Did I hear Bothma injured his arm again or was that a joke in poor taste?

He went off injured clutching his shoulder/chest on the other side from his breakable arm.  Probably just a knock

Erm, it's not. That's when Gustard took over.

I love the fact that we have "must win" games before the season has started...

We'd better win on Friday! I'm making the effort from Somerset in the Bank Holiday traffic....
