Just get such good feelings about the coming years every time he's interviewed - he definitely runs a good PR campaign!

Hopefully this bit is wide of the mark though:

If you compare our recruitment to that of Sale or Irish, the gulf is pretty huge. I'm of course aware that our squad already includes several internationals and so we had a bit of a headstart on Sale/Irish but I'd say Sale have easily leapfrogged us now in terms of quality across their squad with the recruitment they've done and whilst it all depends how Irish embed those new players + acclimatise to the Prem, I'd argue they have already hauled themselves into our league in terms of quality players too - and they're only just coming up!
