The club have posted a video saying that they're launching the team later in November. I think the Quins Foundation is a big part of this, as their logo is visible in quite a few places during the video.

Mike Brown is an ambassador for GBWR (Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby) and I believe they are one of his chosen charities for his benefit year.
If you have never seen wheelchair rugby google "murderball" and see.
It is a fantastic sport, GBWR are European champions and ranked 4th in the world and qualified for Tokyo.
Great initiative by Quins and joins a number of other premiership rugby clubs supporting a wheelchair rugby team
