Hang on mate....... I received the Quinssa email on Friday morning at 0640 with very clear instructions which I managed to follow quite simply! NOTHING was sold through this message board/thread! That said of course if you aren't a Quinssa member or don't have an email address I can't help you.

It would appear I was not on the same email list as everyone else then. I got the email sent last night but not yesterday morning’s. If the away tickets information email was sent to a list created before my details were added then that’s where it’s gone wrong.

It's not a list, it is a communication from Quinssa to all members. there have been THREE emails to members so far, check spam to see where Fridays one went?

Yep I did all that. I didn’t get it. I got the Mailer 11 October email but not the away tickets email.
On email clients like Mail Chimp there are often different subscriber lists. I think I’m on one but not the other.

To clarify....

We have ONE mailing list. Each email from MailChimp has a different title, that has nothing to do with who it was sent to.

Issues with people not receiving emails have been noted and will be looked into. However, having processed each booking in order of arrival which took me to mid morning today, all Centrale tickets were booked by early evening yesterday.

Even though we have sold our allocation in Centrale, we still have loads of good seats in Intermediaire. These are still great seats (between 5-22), and often the best seats we get offered by other clubs, not 2nd tier as here.

Sorry to be blunt, but you can either book with us using details circulated to members, or take the chance to book other tickets on general sale after our closing date.

If the speed of ticket sales (unprecedented in my 9 years of doing this) is anything to go by, I expect to sell the remaining tickets in the next few days, and would imagine the same will happen when Clermont open tickets to general sale.

We do everything we can to support our club and members, it's what we do.
