Think we have to take pictures and videos as evidence of players with club with a pinch of salt...Langy’s pictures were posted by club on 22nd June. Think Gabs has not been in any media since early part of training, but nor has Clifford...no pictures of Taps or Baldwin from what I can see either. I think Collier is shielding? Doubt photographer is in club much and with the rules unless he was in 9-5 I doubt we will gets photos of all players in training!

Sure but in his Client’s commercial interests, not his rugby ones. Perhaps Gabs can keep it compartmentalised, not sure many could at 23.

(If he goes I hope he can find his way around Agen. It’s a rabbit warren, albeit a nice one. I lost the hotel twice that weekend)

Could be, but seems a bit of 2 + 2 for me. If we wont let him leave for France, why would we let him leave for Exeter (I know there is all talk of void contracts etc, but i thought Quins were blocking any move, somehow)

Unless Baxter is talking about Tuilagi? I don’t see how Exeter can have space in the cap for another top-drawer player but I guess Hogg and Gray are probably their marquees which means they might have enough?

Baxter did say "young player". Taufua and Tuilagi don't really fall into that category, Gabs does. But then so do a lot of players. We'll know who Baxter was talking about next week by the sound of it though...

They don't have particular stand-out players on the wing at the moment really, so I could see the logic of them going for Gabs...

"Baxter also hinted that Walsh won’t be the only new face to arrive in Devon this month. In a cheeky message to the club’s supporters, he added: “Jack isn’t the only newcomer coming in. Interestingly, we have another name who we will be announcing in a week or two’s time whose name will have everyone licking their lips.”
