 ... or has the music got too loud in the stands at the Stoop? 

We're in the DHL stand, block AH.  Before the game and at half time I have to shout to speak to my son next to me, which gets really waring.  He's a teenager and has a higher tolerance of noise than me and he thinks it's too loud as well.

During a break in the music yesterday I heard someone behind me saying "There's so much noise from the stupid PA" so maybe it's not just us.

I mean, it's no good moaning on here. Write, email, text, Twitter, Whats app, phone the club. Otherwise they won't know.

Will they?

1.  Made my views clear in the last two supporter surveys. 
2.  I'm planning to email or phone.  Before I do, want to see if I'm just a grumpy exception, or if it's a more widely held view.  My point can be more effectively made if I know that it's a more general opinion.

It’s not just you. Definitely too loud in the DHL these days. Have mentioned it on the supporter survey a few times.

When I used the "contact the club" form, nothing happened.
I just used the email address customerservice@quins.co.uk and at least got an immediate automated response with a case number.

So suggest you try that for any and all gripes with the club.
