I used to subscribe a few years ago and it was beset with problems.
Has it improved ?

Last Season still had a couple of times I couldn't download prior to the game, no idea why it didn't show up as available, but in general worked well, signed up again this season.

Is it readable on a phone? or is it designed to be downloaded to a PC/Tablet?

only used it on the tablet so dont know how good on a phone.
