Apologies if this has been posted before - it's not exactly new - but this BBC Newsbeat story came up on my YouTube feed and it was a really good watch - interesting to see who does the bulk of the talking behind the scenes and in particular how influential Marler is as a voice in the squad (and also the source of about 2/3 of the swearing in the piece, Gussy providing the remainder):
