I'm looking forward to what a Landajo-Smith-Saili-Marchant-Earle line can do to defences next season!

The very last thing we need is the “Quins way”.

We need to win.

Ether way Tigers are total dross, lord knows they don’t deserve to stay up. We got dragged down to their appalling level.

Their dressing room is clearly even more buggered than ours was under Kingston.

Yeah there’s some Big issues there for sure. There just didn’t seem to be much camaraderie at all from their player, nothing like the Leicester sides of the past. This will be the first time they’ve ever finished outside the top 6.

We weren’t brilliant but got the result. Allowing them to get that try and the LBP was annoying as it all stemmed from a daft penalty. Also, the Quins way. What is it really? It seems to have meant a number of things over the years.

Any idea if we might be looking at Crumpton and Saili being back for Wasps?

By 'Quins Way' I meant:

fast not slow and time wasting
forward - not static and sideways
ball in hand - not gifting possession for no gain
a little bit risky - not conservative

On all the 'nots' Leicester have excelled all season, and last night we copied them.

On that last point, I'm happy to see things tried and not come off - that's the risk. Instead we got indiscipline and basic skills errors.

Separately, my only criticism of Barnes was that he should have done more about the time-wasting and not just wave his arms around.

Spoke to Crumpton off the pitch yesterday who said he was fit. Not sure whether that was fit this week and just not selected or fit for next week. Hopefully the latter and we’ll see him in the 2 shirt

Yes, that really annoyed me, Tigers were on our 10 metre line and going nowhere with less than a couple of minutes to go. That was typical Quins this season, no composure at critical times. It is play like that which can be the difference between winning and losing.
