Correct BB - this is Nigel Melvilles new proposal

RFU INTERNATIONAL TICKET ALLOCATION

Dear CBs, Clubs,

Allocation of international tickets to the game

The RFU Council recently endorsed changes to the method for allocating tickets to England internationals at Twickenham, to various sections of the game. The new system will be introduced ahead of the 2020 Autumn Internationals, with clubs required to input data via the Team Management tool on GMS across the 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons. The RFU will provide updated user guides and FAQs on the Team Management tool, in upcoming Community Game Updates.

Please note that the total number of tickets allocated to each section of the Game and the policy that at least 50% of the tickets for each match are available to the Game, remains unchanged.

From the 2020/21 season, changes are as follows:

RFU Voting Clubs

Every club receives an initial allocation of six tickets (currently it is two).
Each club with an aggregate total of 30 players or more at U13 and below correctly registered on GMS, will receive an additional two tickets.
All remaining tickets to be divided between voting clubs, based on the number of matches played by all teams (men and women, U14s to adult) of the club.

Yes but that is probably 50% of the total left after debentures which have increased to fund the rebuild. Many debentures moved from East Stand whichnis now massively corporate to west stand. A bit like Wimbledon, where of course Richie was before Twickenham, debentures or money up front and guaranteed for the venue is seen as the way forward for funding.

I get very frustrated when I cannot get tickets through the proper channels and then find them on the resale sites well over their face value.  I have my tickets for France and Italy from my local club, but I also go into ballots at Quins and England XV.  Have been quite lucky with tickets just recently, a lot poorer due to the high face value, £115 for France £88 for Italy.  But cannot for the love of me get Scotland tickets and won’t use viagogo where they have them at about £500 to £1200 per ticket.

And if everybody did the same, Viagogo would fold tomorrow!

Steve , can I suggest that you ring the RFU Ticket Office in the week before the game ( not much point calling too far ahead ) ring them on 020 88316666  , quite often late returns , plus you can usually get a couple of single tickets in the same row or block . There were tickets available yesterday for the France game , but of course Calcutta Cup is very popular .

The RFU now put any returns directly to the website.  The phone number is likely to direct you to that. There are no Scotland tickets available at the moment, try after the Italy game.
