Very pleased with that team. Should win but can’t say I’m that confident. Hopefully the 7s team can inspire them

I like Elia, but that's crazy. He has terrible hands and can't throw. Crumpton is better in the scrum, better defensively and does plenty of carrying. And never looks in danger of getting turned.

Personal preference. But that's the beauty of opinions.

Good side. Hope they've got enough to win.

As for hookers, history has shown that we struggle to keep them fit. If we can keep two of Crumpton, Elia and Buchanan fit at any one time, we're in a pretty good place. If all three are duking it out for the shirt, it will probably be a good season.

Rugby truely is a funny game................. but thats why we love it.
You have to look at that Leciester side and wonder why they have struggled so much......especially after their endeavours last season. My rugby knowledge is somewhat  stunted in comparison to most of yours, but to the layman that looks a pretty monstrous outfit on paper.

Anyway, I digress.......I breathed a lady-like gasp of glee last night when I saw our team. :D Thats about as strong as we can get at this moment in time. Last time we played we were on a bit an upward arc and I think they had not won in 7 or something. All of our group said in the pub that if theres any team they can end that hoodoo against it would be us, and they left us with a bloody lip.
Well were on the (hopeful) end of a few dodgy/painful results ourselves this time round so, heres to some early presuure, early points, a good few swills, and a win.
Safe travels all. Lets do this

It would take 20 pints of Jester swill.

Well no. Just because my opinion is that I'm faster than Usain bolt doesn't mean I'm not wrong.
