London Irish away - 28 September
« on: Tuesday 17-Sep-2019, 14:44* »
Three of us are planning on going to this one. Quins don’t appear to be selling tickets so if there are any other Quins going to the atmosphere vacuum that is the Madejski, where are you sitting?  Certainly plenty of options according to LI’s website!!

Buy the cheapest tickets and then sit where you like. That is what we will do.

Enjoy! I can't make that one but will be there for the league game. It is the closest away ground for me to get to.

However, when I have seen Quins there in the past and when I have seen football matches there.....oh my!!! Atmosphere vacuum is absolutely right! The sooner they move to Brentford the better!!!

It is a football stadium and when I went you had to sit in the section you bought, no moving within the stadium, unlike the Stoop

How many Premiership games have you been to at The Stoop where you could sit where you wanted?

Stoop Stewards are starting random checks on returning to seats at half-time next term.

Where did you get that from?

I was thinking about going, just checked the trains and there is engineering works, so not going to bother.

All lines in the Feltham and Staines area will be closed all day Saturday and Sunday for maintenance work.

No trains will call at Queenstown Road due to work in this area.

Revised train services will run between London Waterloo and Hounslow via Twickenham and via Brentford.
Bus services will run between Hounslow and Ascot.
Train services will run between Ascot and Reading.
Bus services will run between Hounslow and Windsor & Eton Riverside.
Bus services will run between Hounslow and Weybridge (Saturday) / Woking (Sunday).

Travelling supporters should also be aware that the M4 will be closed in both directions between junction 5 (Langley) and 6 (Slough/Windsor) from 8pm on Friday 27 September, all weekend until 6am Monday 30 September.
