Looking for 2x tickets Quins v Castres

Hi all

hopefully this is in the right place but mods feel free to move/delete if it isn't.

I'm looking for 2 tickets together for Quins v Castres for tomo night. Can collect tonight if you are close to Twickenham/Richmond/Whitton area or can meet at Stoop tomo

The website has some returns from season tickets holders for sale. Look out for the pale red circles in the seating plan.

For example, there are Seats 83 and 84, Row P, Block FD for £60/seat available.

I've queried this and apparently it's just "how it works" - Ticketmaster, presumably.

What's annoying is that theoretically you can view the tickets that have actually sold in your history and see how much you got but that seems to have stopped too. The only way to know is to keep a record of your balance and note when it goes up.

It's pretty poor because it can take a couple of weeks for a refund to come through and it's easy to forget.

I'm still waiting for the refund on the Exeter game (8th Jan).

I've queried it too. There was an explanation and the gist of it was that it will take a week or two for the money to feed into your account

Yes it says that and it takes a while for the money to go in but it does work. I had the same a while back just need patience and faith it will be ok 😂

I have used the resale facility and it works very well. The first time, I received a strange looking amount, and it was explained to me that I receive 1/16th of the cost of my ticket, less £3. As my ticket is at a concessionary rate, I get 1/16th of that, even though the ticket may be sold for the full adult rate.

I have an adult and child in South Stand BA not being used. When I have used the TE system before they have been sold but I cannot see how anything has been received at our end. Emails to the club were not answered.

I think you're right - it can only be spent on single game tickets or season tickets.
