But it's hardly unique, Monte. A lot of the clubs have been helping players develop outside businesses/careers for years. It's like the fanfaring of the sarries "family of clubs across the globe" as something special (pun intented) when we've had the network of affiliated Quins clubs from Dallas to Kenya to Abu Dhabi and multiple points between for decades. That's why it's had to like their attitude as being a "special" club when they're doing nothing that other clubs aren't already doing (and have been for some time).
