Members eCash and Loyalty points
« on: Monday 09-Dec-2019, 15:58* »
Just wondering if anyone else has issues with their eCash balance or the number of loyalty points being awarded?
Both in my favour so I'm not losing out, however I would like it to be correct (the cash balance is a lot more than it should be).

I have phoned the club, twice! messages left & waiting for someone to call me back.

Yeah, mine is definitely lower than it ought to be. I've spoken to the club and they've agreed that if you buy me a few pints it will all balance out.

Noted - I've got you down for a few pints of Adam's Ale!

I haven't properly read any of the blub about loyalty points as I just cynically assume that it was a waste of time. Are they actually worth anything? Need to read the info properly

Just had a look and got enough for two free pints or a double pass to the honours bar, assuming that’s what the members bar is called now

I bought a Christmas ball at the Gloucester game. The money went off and has since gone back on!

When I have phoned or emailed the club before the usual response is that it will be sorted by the next match day,  which, to be fair, it always has been. I am hoping this oversight is missed!

As for the rewards, the options are interesting but I am going to try to save up for something later in the season. It might be a good system in the long run but I did like the old cashback.

This is similar to my situation, bought something in the shop and money taken, bought a drink balance correct, bought another drink balance incorrect as the money had gone back on.

My kids seem to have figured out the best cash back, they get a tenner each from sweeping up empty pint pots!

I saw at the last game they were collecting them for a charity. Seemed a good idea and surprised it hasn't been done before

By far the best solution - they should do that every week.

It was done, but not well advertised, last season when you could dump the cups in what looked like rubbish bins as you left the Stoop. It was a bit spotty though, it'd be there for one match and not at the next one.

Should say that I have no problem with children scooping up a few cups to make some pocket money. Wasn't suggesting that it's out of order when they could be going to charity, or anything like that. I need to get a couple of the Quins 2 pint cups to add to my collection

It's a little bit annoying when they are trying to scoop them up at half time from under your feet without checking if you have finished with it / happy for it to be taken.
