That then implies a ring fencing of the premiership, prob with 14 teams, so who are the two extras obviously Sarries plus one. Would the one be a promoted team or a purchased franchise or even a behest my someone i.e. Due to location say another northern team in Yorkshire.

I did read somewhere that Yorkshire has provided more England players than any other county and gas more Union players than Scotland and more Union players than league players.

I'd agree with that.  Historically, South Yorkshire has a fair bit more union heritage than league, and with teams 'in' Rotherham and Doncaster, a South Yorkshire team would be a decent idea rather than attempting to resurrect a Leeds based team.
