Agree with your point DOK, just that as a coach you have a responsibility to make a system work, if the players aren't bought in and you cant get the system you want to work then you address the player issue or the system. That was probably where JK fell down on the player and managing NE but I think Nick as defence coach owns it. With the comments some from the team have made about fitness sure there may be other factors that contributed but then as defence coach if your system wasn't working and the fitness of the players was the cause would you do nothing, ensure fitness was addressed or adapt your system to fit, none of that seemed to happen, as he only had control of his system if it was me I'd try to adapt it to what was in front of me. We seemed to repeat the same stupid mistakes all season and if the cause was players didn't trust their coach without giving their all then shame on them.
