• Just announced on Twitter that Nick has joined Falcons next season as defence coach. Always one of my favourite players, good luck to him and I hope to see him at the Stoop next year.

• He will become a good coach and hopefully find his way back one day but not ready yet I’d say.

• I agree. I recall a podcast interview where he said that Quins was always "his club" and that he knew he needed to build his experience as a coach elsewhere.
  
  I would welcome back his sharp rugby mind (and not to mention his wit!)
