You're not going to be able to do that the way that tickets are made available at the moment. If you or I were lucky enough to get a ticket through the Quins ballot or our local club at level 7 in the pyramid, the RFU would have no access to the information about who has bought it, nor would they be allowed it under the new GDPR regs. Quins can't pass on your details to a third party just like that. What about where someone has bought 2 tickets. How does the second person get through? You've already gone through the turnstile with the payment card that you used. Do you hand it back over the turnstile to your guest to use?

I think the only way it can work is that tickets aren't sent out until a few days before the game, and re-sale sites are made by law to only allowed to sell items for which they have a proven photo of the item.

Sadly for us, the majority of the 82k people attending 3 of the 4 AIs at Twickenham have paid £100 or more for just that - and that’s at face value.
