Correct it is nothing to do with the report, it is joke, a direct response to Jones' tweet about the report, giving the same response Jones gave dismissing research into discrimination in the woman's game.
At the time of the original tweet by Jones, Laurie also responded to Jones saying
"Embarrassing! Grow up, and contribute to the discussion positively 🤦🏻‍♂️"

The saddest thing is Mr Jones in his twitter bio claims to be "DoR women's/girls' rugby, Maidenhead RFC". If in that role he can't see any historical discrimination in women's sports he should resign immediately, as the women of Maidenhead deserve better.'
