You could have said it was from the NZ Herald, DOK. Would have saved me seconds of my life I wont get back by clicking on the link.
To be fair it's a reasonably balanced article when you read it, and the headline is a little misleading. The article actually makes the case that there are four countries that either have the "winning streak and belief" or have had that recently and can re-discover it: NZ (obviously), Ireland, SA, and England. It suggests that the winner next year will come from that group.
