If the other T1 unions don't do the same, then I'd happily see the Saxons playing T2 or T3 sides like Georgia, US, Uruguay, Romania, Japan, etc.

This would be superb experience for the Saxons, and would also help with the development of the second tier countries, the  latter being something that could so easily be assisted by having promotion/relegation in the Six Nations.

It might provide us with an England mens team worth watching.
