I hope everyone who left continues in some way in rugby. Hard to say if Rowntree was the problem. Given how hard the current coaches are finding to turn things around, he may just have been unable to get the team working as he wanted.

Dok, I think you’re right our problems are deeper tha just DOR and coaching, i’d Be surprised not to see a big turn over of players at the end of this season.  It’s the whole ethos and attitude that needs adjusting and that takes so much longer than the time PG has had so far.  great strides alreadry made.

I think you are absolutely spot on .I had not realised just how wide and deep the malaise is and I hold Mr Ellis totally responsible.All he can talk about is our exciting future and bury his head in the sand about the reality of the situation.

I have obviously not been paying attention. Apart from not winning enough games, what exactly is the problem, the malaise?
