Now that the Italians have had 2 props banned from their squad and assuming that they have only 5 props in their squad like England any many others. What is the rule regarding their squad for the next match as they need 2 starters and 2 on bench. My understanding is that you have to have to 2 specialists on the bench. Is this the risk you take if you only have 5 and assume that replacements can only be down to injury and a doctors approval is needed.
So will they get fined or penalized somehow if they can't have 2 props on bench.

Can anyone shed any light on this conundrum

and they won't get out of the pool so not an issue moving forward
