Why is the final not being played at a neutral ground? Somewhere halfway for both clubs, like Worcester?

My guess is that making it effectively an away game for both teams means hardly anyone would bother to go from either team and it's not a match that would attract many neutrals.

Understood, but hardly fair! I think they should have to start with a man down (whom fans can nominate) for the first 10 minutes; in fact, as the crowd is often called the "16th" player they should play with a man - Faf de Klerk - down all game!
