Earle is utterly useless tonight. Has anyone ever seen anything from him that justifies having him in the team? Other than having no-one else to choose from, obviously, in which case might as well have him on the pitch rather than no-one. I'm not doubting his commitment, just his skills. Just wish we had an option available.

Interesting development. Previously we needed to kick to score. Now we need to kick to score and are boring.
We are awful.....only 4 points down at half time and stopped double European and English champs on the gainline most evening so far....same old same old!
A few positives from that first half. Good line speed and defence from Quins (aside from the crucial error from Northmore failing to jam in). Decent showings from both Louw and Esterheuizen.
On the negative side, error count has stopped us from asserting any sustained pressure in Chiefs 22. Earle has been very poor.
Fingers crossed we can string a few phases in the attacking third.
