The club have sent if your season ticket doesn't arrive by Saturday then to go to the ticket office and they will issue you with a match ticket for the day.

Great idea for the work around NM

On another note, I've just realised that the member cards for me and Mrs TQ in our little wallets that we keep in our rugby rucksack are the wrong ones. We had new cards for the 20/21 season but had never used them so they were still in an envelope on my desk. i remembered about them a couple of weeks ago and just checked that they are the ones we should now be using. So if anyone else hasn't got their member cards ready as they'd not used them, please check!

If anyone going on Saturday still hasn't received a new card on Friday by the way and is worried about how they'll get entry, I've had an idea.

The ticket forwarding is now working (I can't go this week, so have sent to a mate) and is working well.

If you log on to the Member portal, you can forward your tickets to a 2nd email address. You'll then get an email with a printable ticket.

Obviously not the best result, and hopefully Quins sort it for everyone, but it's an option as a last ditch resort if worrying on Friday evening...

If you use gmail, to can email the ticket to an alias address
e.g. assume your email address is your.name@gmail.com
 you can send the email to   your.name+quins@gmail.com
        - - and it will go to your.name@gmail.com

Is the old card ie last seasons the one that is read and looks a bit like a credit card but has member and seat details on rear? If so I am sorted.

Yes. It wil lbe either red or gold depending on where you sit, and = have a chip, a magstripe and signature box on the back and should have "Visa Prepaid" in the top left corner in the front.

We have used the ticket forwarding trick several times and it works - you can even forward it to your own email address.

No car park email or pass yet. Hey ho, I really can't be arsed to chase them multiple times like I did last week. Will likely be on the train on Saturday.

I printed Cardiff and it took half a cartridge of ink quite absurd.

Did you print it at A0 size?

A4 size but as I am a poverty stricken pensioner who pays for her own ink my daughter printed it …..

Well, that was misplaced confidence. Mrs Poorfour was sure of where she'd left the kids' cards, but they're not there now. So I tried the ticket forwarding and repeatedly get "we're sorry, there has been an unexpected error".

Which begs the question of a) what errors they expected and b) why they can't give a meaningful error message.

Better late than never, got an email car parking this afternoon. And got home and got my membership pack, with a seasonal car parking pass in it!!
