Season Ticket Refunds

The last communication I received from the Club stated:-

"A reminder that as part of the 2020/21 Season Ticket Membership programme, all Members will be contacted on 11th January with details of the matches that they have been unable to attend to date and offered the option of: i) a full Refund for the value of the missed matches, ii) Quins Credit, enabling you to purchase Match Tickets and Season Ticket renewal for the next three seasons, or iii) to Donate some / all of the value of missed matches."

Has anyone received anything ?

I received my email this afternoon, giving me the options of refund, credit or donation.

I'm tying between refund or credit.

If i get credit i will never get the money back but can use it towards next season's season ticket,

If I get a refund it gives me the option of buying a season ticket again for next season or not, depending on circumstances, because I have no idea where I will be by September yet.

Got my email too.

I chose my option on the stoop portal but don't get a confirmation message on the page to say choices confirmed or anything like that. Hopefully gone through OK.

Same here, MyStoop portal really is not fit for purpose. Tried on phone, iPad, and laptop. Even when the login did work it came back with a 404 message. Then the vast majority of the links on the webpage didn’t work either. Quite pathetic for a website. Anyway, will try again later to see if it’s any better.

I don't think I have any interaction with the club at the moment that makes me think it's a well run organisation.

Last season I donated the money, but I haven't seen anything by way of any thank you gestures, which I thought they'd indicated were being planned (unless I missed it?).

I'm not talking about the club giving financial value back, since that would obviate the purpose, more something that would be valued by us but would cost them very little if anything.

Overloaded with refund requests.
The system should be overloaded. This is an extraordinary event (in the real meaning of the term) and so you shouldn't be running a website that can cope happily with that, it's a waste of resources for most of the time. If everyone calmed down and got their request in over the next week then there wouldn't be a problem. Chill people.

You can use the funds for season tickets up to the 2023/24 season.
