The club have said on Twitter that if we don't get through on the portal to try again tomorrow. It seems as if the website is overloaded.

We have until 31st January to make our decisions so hopefully all will be well.

Interesting that nothing was said about the forthcoming Munster game. I suppose there is the hope that it will go ahead at some point. I think it was originally included in this opening sequence of fixtures. Unless I am confusing that with the ballot.

I think you are confusing it with the ballot.

If you get the error message when clicking on the link, try logging in as normal, then click the "more" dropdown list then "20/21 reimbursement". worked for me.

I have requested credit.
I donated last time, but think the credit option is the best for both parties this time round. Current funds stay in the clubs coughers, and gives them more time to balance the books a bit until we use the credit in future season(s).

On a tangent, am having terrible problems with the new app and getting my card registered. The app wont load at all :(

The system should be overloaded. This is an extraordinary event (in the real meaning of the term) and so you shouldn't be running a website that can cope happily with that, it's a waste of resources for most of the time. If everyone calmed down and got their request in over the next week then there wouldn't be a problem. Chill people.

Point well made DOK. Mine was an attempt at dark humour.

I see what you did there... intentional or not it's very funny and appropriate for our times..

I really hope that there aren’t any ‘coughers’ around the Stoop, that’s the last thing we want just now.

Perhaps you can advise please. chaps...

-I've had several goes at the '20/21 Reimbursement' procedure on the website, made my selection, confirmed in the little box that came up, & watched the black 'progress' line run across the top... However, it has never made it all the way across, and I haven't received an acknowledgement of receipt of my request in any form.

-Is this what happened for you guys? -Do you think my request got through?

-I have e-mailed the Club but still await a response; I'm sure they are v busy.

Um, given that it's now a vaccination hub, I thought that's exactly what we want... Well, would-be coughers at any rate.

I submitted, then confirmed and I was back to the MyStoop main page.
Quins sent an email confirming this is what should happen.

You will not receive an automatic email regarding your submission, however once confirming your choice via the pop-up box you will be taken back to the My Stoop Portal homepage. This will indicate a successful submission.

What is odd is that I can go back to the reimbursement page and amend my choice.

I for one am glad you can change. I had opted for credit however a change in circumstances means I may not be able to use it in the time frame and it is a use it or lose it policy with no refunds. So sadly had to change to refund.

I didn't get one this season, first time in 17 years, but I couldn't see any rugby happening. Figured if I was wrong and it did I'd get one when it restarted. Playing up front for a season ticket when we're in the middle of all the covid stuff wasn't a sensible use of scarce resources for me...

Thanks for this, very helpful. I have submitted my choices and clicked confirm. The black bar went across halfway and then went back to the main page. I have emailed the club but it is a relief to hear that this is right.

Regarding the opportunity to change, maybe they are leaving it open until the cut off point on the 31st Jan? After that point everything will be processed as we have declared. Perhaps?
