Thanks for sharing. A really good listen.

Gussy comes across as honest, passionate and driven, as he always does. I like his dry humour too.

We may well lose tomorrow but I do believe in the way he is moving the team and the club forward.

Excellent and very interesting to know the real reason he left England.

Really interesting stuff. Thought the research into age/experience of key players in key positions in sides that win shoes lots about him. That kind of detail is not something you would normally associate with Quins.

Think the squad is moving in right direction. Sounds like not too many signings this year either for defo 1st team players.

Really good podcast. I listened to it on the way to today’s game. Thank you for recommending it.

I also listened to it on the way to the game. An honest and interesting interview. It reminded me of why I am so, so, so glad Gussy chose to come to Quins in the first place. In today's match programme he encourages the fans not to be too disheartened by the last two defeats. It hurts, but we learn and move on. That's pro rugby sometimes. I like that he could say that. The idea that Gussy might have lost the changing room after the last 2 defeats is, to my mind, simply laughable. Under Gussy and Billy Millard we are definitely heading in the right direction.

You only had to see Gussy with the players after the game to know they are all together

Look at league - Northampton and Gloucester lost 4 on bounce and (3 at home?). If Bath win today that is same number of wins/defeats as Exeter and Irish are a form side. Results not a massive surprise. Today we have 2 or 3 players back. Hopefully get another couple back by Prem Cup final and we look good going into final 1/2 of season. This league is so competitive it is great. Everyone has to be on it every week. Watch super rugby and this stuff is so much better for edge/attitude and competitiveness.
