Care looks like he knows he's got 2 weeks off and wants to get the early train. Needs a break.

Hope Murley's injury isn't bad.

Shocking first half - good enough second. If Edwards starts the next couple of games, I'm sure he'll improve. Commentators seem to have a better view of him that many folks here.

Well yeah, the commentators love a narrative. They were patronising him the entire game and viewed everything he did through the prism of him picking up an injury before the game and not having much experience - they cheered him on like he was a kid who'd won a competition to be there, not a professional rugby player.

He's obviously an excellent runner and in both halves had some good moments, but the commentators praised those to the hilt while pointedly not mentioning his faults at all.

I'm just glad they've finally changed Edwards profile picture on the website!

I agree that he is not at the same level as Smiff or Allen, but he got was part of the team that got the win. He'll improve...

Yeah, and I saw enough in the second half to suggest he's worth perservering with (rather than parachuting Benson in), just commenting on the (sadly declining) BT sport guys! :)

Really interesting reading these comments having just caught up with the game.
Yeah Edwards made some mistakes but he’s only played a handful of games and couldn’t kick due to a injuring himself in the warm up. Shows he’s got character and the way he plays suits our game. It was a terrible match and Wasps didn’t turn up in the second half but I’ll take a  below par bonus point away win during an international weekend all day
