I am hoping we get an attacking pattern in which Marcus has Lasike and Sinck running off either shoulder with backup from Browny, Marchant and the wings. If we can get any sort of offloading game going, it will be difficult to deal with.

On the other hand, I worry about Lasike's tendency to make no-arms tackles. If he can stay out of the bin, he could be handy.

Looking at the weather, might no be a day for flowing rugby so maybe PG is going for power.

I like the look of the team. The majority are in from last week. Marcus has a chance to shine against the champions, and it will be great to see Lasike from the start.

It is going to be an incredible night! Am I right to feel so excited and optimistic?! Cheering on Brown, Care and Marler (for various reasons), as well as the rest of the boys, is going to be electric!

Safe journey and see you all there!

I’m excited but not so optermistic I’d take us being competitive for the full 80 minutes being the first to prevent them getting a bonus and getting a bonus ourselves

I'm a little disappointed Tapuai is rested.

If Lasike can receive the ball without a little jump in the air, he could be effective, but if he persists with this, Saracens will find dealing with him relatively easy...

I’m just praying he doesn’t get a card, that could be a crucial turning point for our chances. Especially if he has his American Football “no arm” type smash tackle still in him for half a second. He’s a been great for us coming off the bench so just hope he continues to play smart

I look at it the other way.  He has put in some monster hits and driven the attack back quite a few times. A couple in the Bristol game were immense.

I mean don’t get me wrong I love his big hits, it’s one of the attractions of the sport. All I’m saying is I hope he doesn’t get a card by forgetting for a split second it’s Rugby and not American Football with regards to a quick decision tackle. I think he’s been brilliant for us so far, but if he earns a card that could harm us gravelly

True.  I do think some of his hits (even watching his youtube clips) are so big, he doesnt always give himself a chance to wrap his arms rather than going in with his shoulder. Anyway, lets hope they are all deemed legal tomorrow.  He could be a big plus tomorrow.

I think he has his arms up for a wrap most of the time but he can't complete it before the tackled player flies across half the pitch in the opposite direction!

Charlie Walker not even mentioned. Is he injured?

Nope or he’d be in the “not considered” list.

He’s had a poor season so far and Visser had a good game last week having got the place.

Yes.

Walker has been shown up in defence lots this season, his attack isn't good enough to cope with the number of points he ships.
I do find it strange that Visser wasn't selected at the start of this season, just like last season, maybe he eats too much cheese back home in the Netherlands whilst on holiday and comes back out of shape

Ibitoye was still young enough to play for the U20s in the JRWC this summer. He’s an exciting talent but he’s still very young and raw, and has a lot of work to do on his defence in particular. He’ll get his chance in time, but there’s no need to rush him right now.
