Team vs Saracens

SINCKLER AND MARLER START IN THE FRONT ROW FOR THE DERBY AT LONDON STADIUM

Kyle Sinckler starts for Harlequins against Saracens at the London Stadium on Saturday (Kick-off: 15:00). The Tighthead prop, who started every Six Nations match for England this year, is joined by Joe Marler in the front row and the pair are two of five changes to the starting XV that lined up against Gloucester Rugby in the last round of the Gallagher Premiership.

Danny Care has recovered from a rib injury and starts at Scrum-half with Marcus Smith at Fly-half, while Ben Tapuai returns to Inside Centre.

Head of Rugby Paul Gustard said: “We had an excellent contest against Saracens at The Stoop earlier this season and we were disappointed to lose that one.

“I have been delighted with the attitude and commitment the whole squad have shown in training this week to help prepare the 23 for the match. Playing Saracens is always a strong test of your ability, your desire, your patience and your ambition. I have no doubt the players are motivated and excited to represent the quarters this weekend and play with courage and skill as we always strive to do.”

Great to see Danny back. Almost our strongest team. Shame Chisholm is out again. Saili not even on the bench is odd. Got a real chance at an upset

Strong looking team. Only two differences I'd have liked would be seeing baby Chis involved, and not seeing older Chis starting.
If we could put out a team of that strength every week, we'd be challenging for honours I believe.

Goode at 10. There's the game right there. Win or lose depending on his performance.

Pretty strong team but other than Earle, wing is looking a weakness at the moment. Shame both Murley & ibbitoye are out at the same time.

Looking at both line-ups for the game it does look like Quins have a decent chance in this one, target the gap between Goode and Barritt with some quick offloads.

Good to see Henry Taylor again.  Had loads of potential and I was sorry to see him go.

We should have the edge up front with those starters , but the threats are plain to see in their back line ..looking forward to this , I really feel we have a chance if we play like we have been( apart from last time out !)
