Believe in the MQ wisdom talking Riley up over Walker.
Not for the first time in his career, Launchbury fluffs the kick off...
All or nothing kick. And nothing.
A Botica-esque way to lose the match there Glasgow.
Good game that. Congrats all
Wow. Great defence again and Glasgow lose their nerve first and go for a big gamble with time up, ball goes out, Quins win a nailbiter!
For all the talk of Quins collapsing, this was a win based on defensive nerve in the second half. Three huge defensive sets when Glasgow had tons of momentum won us that game. No crumbling by quins this time.
Would've been easier without the mistakes but gosh, I'll take any kind of win. Well done boys!
Eh? There was literally nothing else on because Green and Lynagh were so far away, and we had advantage
Marcus nails the kick, four point lead
But he didn’t and Green and lynagh were in lots of space and he should have used them

But he didn't. He tried something else with a free play and we scored from the lineout maul instead.

No space to make a cross kick and far too much distance to make the pass. There's a reason why he was furious at Green for his positioning!
(Also "nails the kick" was commentary on the conversion, apologies for the confusion)
Few tweaks I think, firstly Riley to start. Second, I think Lewies should replace Hammond at 5, with Hammond benched. Unlikely CCS will be fit, but I think Trenholm could be a good bolter to start, or James if he’s fit.

Which lock do you drop to accommodate this, or are you proposing two on the bench?

Lewies replacing Hammond at 5 moving from the back row, with Hammond benched.
If the apocalypse happens tonight by the way, Quins win the Champions Cup by default.
Great to snatch the win. Whether its Sarries or Bordeaux, we're underdogs in the quarter final. Difficult to see us playing in patches and getting a result against opposition of that quality.
Lineout was shocking today, even more so when you consider we had three locks on the pitch and our two primary jumpers in Hammond and Lewies. We really miss Kenningham as a jumper.
On the plus side, defence was determined today.

You know what I meant. What about Herbst and Launchbury?
