JTH & GL, those were the days.. likewise glad to see a consistent and potent centre partnership again!

That was a phenomenal pairing when they were both fit. We never really saw the best of them after 2012. A real shame that both their careers were cut short by injury, and that Lowe in particular never got a real chance to challenge for international honours.

Marchant has the potential to be as good as Lowe; Tapuai looks like a good partner for him and Saili ought to add a different dimension. Lasike could be a direct replacement for JTH once he's adapted fully to rugby. What we really need is some consistency and stability to build a proper understanding and attacking platform.

I'm probably going to regret saying this but I think on paper we've got a stronger team/squad - especially given they've got a couple of academy props on the bench - still we last won away in about 1973 so I don't hold too much hope.

I've been very impressed with Poledri - our back row will need to work hard to keep him quiet. Cipriani has been good when he has time on the ball but Sarries shut him down completely last week.

Our forwards need to come at this with some real fire to just keep them on the back foot all game. Fortunately we have a pack to do that if they all have their heads on right. Quins have got to become more than the sum of their parts, and we have the beating of plenty of teams.

Agreed, just about our best team at present.  I feel a bit more excited now.  Will be there Saturday

That's a better team than I was expecting. It's great to have Horwill and ASBO back! We need to keep their pack on the back foot and keep Cipriani quiet!

Whilst are back row looks exciting I think Glaws will edge is in that area. Polledri and Ludlow are awesome tackers/jacklers and Morgan giving a lot of nous.
Huge game though for Quins and after a mixed start to the season feeling pretty confident it has to be said.

Really excited about that line-up. Strength and quality from front to back. Now, boys, start with a bang and keep the Shed quiet....or at least make them bitter!

Looking forward to an away trip tomorrow! The big question is: shorts or jeans?!

Sounds like you could do with a pair of those trousers with zips in which turn into shorts.
Have fun either way!

Last season when we got our best players back from injury we started playing even worse. Yeah, I'm not getting my hopes up!
