Look on the bright side, the RFU is not cutting funding to the Premiership clubs (yet)
Every other club is seeing funding cuts and staff are being laid off.
If they continue to haemorrhage cash the funding for releasing England players will have to be cut when the current multi year contracts run out.

Of course, the council and the executive are sacrosanct - they are not giving up their remuneration or jollies.

And if CVC will be taking 30% of income from now on - so you had better hope there is growth to be found.

Again am I missing something? CVC have bought 27% of Premiership Rugby. Why would they get 30% of the RFU’s revenue?
