He's a fixer, adept at coming into a team with problems, identifying key issues and fixing them in the shorter term.  Not convinced he has the solutions to take him beyond the initial uplift period to sustained success and not convinced that Ireland need that particular skillset at the moment.  A career as a rugby consultant may await.
